** INGREDIENTS USED IN SAUCE 1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 F. 2. IN A LARGE BOWL, WITH HANDS, LIGHTLY MIX HAM BALL INGREDIENTS AND 1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER UNTIL COMBINED. SHAPE INTO 12 BALLS, DIVIDING EVENLY. ARRANGE IN A SHALLOW PAN; BAKE, UNCOVERED, AT 400 F. FOR 15 MINUTES. 3. MEANWHILE, MAKE THE SAUCE. IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN, BRING THE BROWN SUGAR, CINNAMON, VINEGAR AND 1 1/2 CUPS WATER TO A BOIL. SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES. IN A SMALL DISH, MIX CORNSTARCH WITH 1/4 CUP WATER UNTIL WELL BLENDED. STIR INTO SAUCE MIXTURE. BRING TO A BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. SIMMER 1 MINUTE UNTIL THICKENED. POUR OVER HAM AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES LONGER. BASTE OCCASIONALLY WITH SAUCE MIXTURE. NOTE: SERVE WITH PARMESAN POTATOES FOR A COMPLETE MEAL (SEE VEGETABLES)
